As of today the creator space for NESPA is sold out. However, we are working with the staff at the Crowne Plaza to try to open up some more space. The response to the show has been terrific and we certainly did not forsee running out of creator space a full 6months before the show!
We have begun a waiting list for tables. If we are able to find some more creator space, it will be offered to the names on the waiting list before opening it up to the public. So, if you haven't reserved your space but would like to be added to the waiting list, be sure to drop an email to:

NESPA Hotel rooms
Hello NESPA Exhibitors and attendees!
For those of you coming in from out of state and looking to reserve a hotel room for the show, the Crowne Plaza has informed me that they are sold out for the weekend of the show. However, the slaes staff at the Crowne Plaza has been extremely helpful in finding us an alternative. The staff has set up a block of rooms with a special NESPA rate of $99 per night at their sister-hotel, the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites. The HIE is less than 5 minutes from the CP and there will be transportation provided between the two hotels free of charge. Like the CP, the HIE has plenty of free parking if you are driving in.
